Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 c. popped corn
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in heavy saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat.
Cook 5 minutes and take pan off heat.
Stir in soda and stir until mixture is foamy.
Pour over popped corn and stir until corn is well coated.
Divide between 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
Bake the corn for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and store in tightly covered container.
