Cantonese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    2 to 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Clean spinach; break into small pieces and place in large bowl.
    Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs and bacon.
    Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
