Cashew Rice Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown rice, cooked very well
    1 c. cashews
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put in blender and blend until smooth the brown rice, cashews, salt and 2 cups water.
    When creamy, add 2 more cups water and vanilla.
    Let set overnight.
    If needs sweetener, blend in 6 dates or honey.
