Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
lemon juice
milk
confectioners sugar
grated lemon peel
Preparation

Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
Put it in a mixer bowl with finely grated peel of one lemon.
Add a blop of milk, a blop of lemon juice and approximately 1/3 cup of confectioners sugar.
Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
To make more liquid, add another blop of lemon juice and then milk to get to spreadable consistency.
