2 Chess Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or 2 sticks
    3 c. white sugar
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. corn meal
    2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, corn meal and flour together.
    Mix well. Add vanilla and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Best if use electric beater, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Cook in oven about 45 minutes or until set good at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
