Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (4 to 5 lb.)
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. cooked rice
    5 eggs, well beaten
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation
    Boil chicken in seasoned water until tender.
    Let cool in broth. Skin and cut in 1-inch cubes.
    Mix everything together. Bake in greased 3-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with following Mushroom Sauce.
    Serves 8 to 10.
