Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    middle size bag Doritos
    1 half-moon size Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix everything together except potato chips.
    Heat in large saucepan.
    Crush Doritos and cover bottom of large casserole dish. Layer mixture three times.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
