Trout With Dill Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 trout
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/4 tsp. white pepper
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. chopped dill
    1/4 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. tomatoes
    1 onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Trout is available all the year round, fresh or frozen.
    Allow frozen trout to thaw before using.
    Rub the insides of the trout with salt,
    allspice, 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper and half the lemon juice.
    Mix the dill with the butter and spread inside the trout.
    Lay the fish on the broiler pan or barbecue rack; brush with oil and broil or barbecue for about 5 minutes on each side.
