1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded, unpeeled apples
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. pitted prunes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine oats, water, apples, prunes, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon; cover and refrigerate overnight.
