Ingredients

1/3 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. orange juice
4 pears, cut into halves and cored*
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Preparation

Mix 1/3 cup marmalade and the orange juice in square microwavable dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches or round microwavable dish, 8 x 1 1/2-inches.
Arrange pears, cut side down, in sauce.
Cover tightly and microwave on High until pears are almost tender when pierced with fork, 4 to 6 minutes.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Spoon into bowls.
Refrigerate.
Swirl sour cream and 1 tablespoon of orange marmalade.
Spoon over pears.
