Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch, rounded
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add boiling water gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat until thick and clear.
Add butter and lemon.
