Bertha'S Fruit Cake Bar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. cut up candied fruit
1 c. cut up dates or raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
condensed milk
Preparation

Melt oleo in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly.
Add remaining ingredients and press down to even mixture. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
