Oatmeal Snaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 c. butter flavor Crisco
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. Quaker oats (Quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1 c. raisins
granulated sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease baking sheet with Crisco.
Combine brown sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed.
Beat until well blended.
Stir in oats and raisins with spoon.
