Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, shortening, sugar and bananas in blender.
    Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
    Sift dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
    Pour blender combination over dry ingredients.
    Stir only until combined.
    Grease 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn out of pan and cool.
