Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chicken
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 container sour cream
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 jar salsa
Preparation
    Brown beef with green pepper and onion. Drain. Add beans. In baking dish, layer tortillas. Spread sour cream. Spread salsa. Spread meat mixture. Spread cheese. Repeat layers 3 or 4 times. Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
