Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 qt. flour
    2 qt. milk
    1 heaping tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    2 or 3 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and butter.
    Add persimmon pulp.
    Add soda and flour; add milk.
    Mix well and bake 2 to 3 hours in 250\u00b0 oven. Stir occasionally.
