Carrie Moore'S Soft Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
4 c. flour
1 box raisins (cook until soft)
1 c. raisin juice
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs (one at a time) beating. Mix flour, salt and soda.
Add alternately with raisin juice.
Add raisins and nuts.
Drop on greased baking sheet by teaspoons. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
