Spring Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, rinsed in hot water or boiled for a few minutes (you want to keep them crunchy)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. fresh cauliflower flowerets (small pieces)
1/4 c. diced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
1/2 c. chopped cashews or sunflower seeds
