Hamburger Jiffy Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
part of pkg. broad noodles (6 oz.)
2 small cans tomato sauce, warmed
3 Tbsp. fat
Preparation

Sear meat and onions in fat until all the red is out of meat, turning frequently.
Cook noodles about 10 minutes; strain. Spread over the meat and onions in pan.
Pour warmed tomato sauce over noodles.
Cover skillet and simmer 20 minutes over low heat. Do not stir too much.
