Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed carrots
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. finely minced onion
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. thin cream
    1/2 c. liquid (from cooked carrots)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Cook enough carrots to make 1 1/2 cup mashed carrots.
    Save liquid.
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in casserole place in a pan of water.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
