Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except cheese) and shape into a loaf (for an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan) or put ingredients into a 9 or 10-inch pie dish or ring mold.
    (Cheese could be added to top the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking time.)
