Diane'S Rice And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    3 c. chicken stock or broth
    2 pkg. spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in 1/4 cup oil.
    Add rice and lightly brown.
    Add chicken stock or broth.
    Stir spinach into rice mixture.
    Add Parmesan cheese; salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in casserole and cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
