Citrus Tapioca(Fat: 1 Gram) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    2 c. orange-pineapple juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. canned mandarin orange sections, packed in water, drained
    1 c. canned pineapple in its own juice (crushed or tidbits), drained
Preparation
    Combine the instant tapioca and orange-pineapple juice in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon juice.
    Cool; stir occasionally.
    Add fruit and chill until firm.
