Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground clove
3/4 c. unsalted butter
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. dark molasses
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and molasses to butter and sugar mixture.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and boiling water.
Bake in greased and floured 8 x 10-inch dish for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
