Pork Chops For Working Families - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 soup can water
    Minute rice
    dry onion, minced
    green pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet on both sides; drain grease off. Layer the pork chops, onion topping with Minute rice.
    Spread the soup over all and pour water to side of mixture.
    Place lid on and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Also, chicken can be used instead of pork chops.
