Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. wheat germ or cornflakes
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender and blend on a maximum speed for about 1 minute.
    Drink immediately.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
