Broiled Fish Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fish
1/4 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Arrange fish on greased rack of broiler pan.
Brush with margarine and broil 4-inches from heat, about 10 minutes.
