Light Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
1 (6 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat undrained pineapple to boiling.
Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Cool.
Stir in buttermilk and pecans.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into 8-cup mold and chill.
