Quick Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. water
    1 c. butter-flavored shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine water and shortening in a saucepan; heat until shortening melts, stirring occasionally.
    Cool to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Add shortening mixture and eggs to flour mixture; stir until blended. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; let stand 30 minutes.
    Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from pans immediately.
    Yield:
    2 dozen.
