Creamy Cheddar Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    Ritz type crackers
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
    Gradually add milk mixing until well blended.
    Add Cheddar cheese and red pepper.
    Mix well and chill.
