Egg Mold Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 small onion
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 packet unflavored gelatin
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Finely chop eggs and onion.
Heat mayonnaise and gelatin over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Add to egg mixture and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Refrigerate overnight in a greased bowl.
