Kurt'S Favorite Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. catsup
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour into a jar with a cover and refrigerate.
    Keeps indefinitely.
