Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 c. celery
    2 cans cream of chicken or cream of celery soup (or one of each)
    1 can chicken broth (use stock from chicken)
    1 c. mayo (optional)
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Cook chicken, cool, debone and cut into small pieces.
    Combine all ingredients and sprinkle remaining stuffing over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 30 minutes or until browned.
