Moe'S Stuffing For The Birds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread cubes
    2 stalks celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    3 sweet sausage links (Italian)
    2 pkg. George Washington golden seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Set aside.
    Remove skins from sausage; fry, cutting with knife and fork into chunks.
    In large bowl, toss bread cubes with all seasonings.
    Add celery, onion and sausage; toss.
    Add water and toss.
    Let sit for 10 minutes.
    Stuff your bird.
    Double the amount for a large turkey.
