Pinehurst Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cocoa real well.
    Add cream and salt.
    Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.
    Whip.
    Flavor with vanilla and then spread on cake.
