Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and torn to bite-size pieces
    1 red or green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    12 small mushrooms, washed and sliced
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons
    favorite dressing
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and dressing.
    Toss.
    Top with croutons. Serves 4.
