Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend first 2 ingredients, then stir in flour.
    Chill slightly (about 1 hour), then shape into 2 dozen 1-inch balls.
    Flatten into ungreased muffin tins.
    Beat next 5 ingredients until mixed well, then fold in the pecans.
    Fill to 2/3 full in each muffin cup.
    Bake 20 minutes.
