Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    4 large onions, diced
    4 carrots, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Heat fat in a large skillet.
    Roll beef in flour and brown well in the hot fat; add enough water to cover and cook covered over low heat for 40 minutes, then add diced vegetables.
    Mix well and add enough water to cover and cook covered slowly 40 minutes. Makes 4 generous servings.
