Overnight Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
1 green bell pepper
2 carrots
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Shred cabbage and chop other vegetables fine. Put in large bowl (glass or plastic) mixing all together well. Put other ingredients in sauce pan, mix and bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
