Baked Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box manicotti shells
1 lb. ground chuck
1 large bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 carton small curd cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook shells.
Add oil to water.
Brown chuck and drain.
Salt and pepper.
Beat eggs and add all cheeses.
Cook spinach and drain.
Add to cheese mixture.
Cut slit all the way down shell. Fill and put slit side down in dish.
Add sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered with foil. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook 10 minutes.
