Hawaiian Delights - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 c. candy orange slices, snipped
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, cream together sugars and margarine until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in oats, candy and coconut.
Using a tablespoon, roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove and cool on wire rack. Yield: 6 dozen cookies.
