Sugar And Spice Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 c. pecan halves
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter; stir in nuts and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and nuts brown, about 8 to 12 minutes.
    In large bowl, mix other ingredients; stir in caramelized nuts.
    Cool completely on wax paper.
    When cool, break apart into individual pieces.
    This makes 3 cups.
