Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 (7 oz.) cans Oretago green chiles
    1 1/2 cans evaporated milk (3 small)
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Split chiles.
    Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Layer chiles and Cheddar cheese, chiles and Cheddar cheese.
    Mix milk, eggs and seasonings and pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with tomato sauce, then Jack cheese.
    Bake 15 more minutes until bubbly.
    Great with green salad and French bread.
