Kate Smith'S Supper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tall can red salmon
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon and flake carefully.
    Blend other ingredients and toss lightly.
    Add salmon, mixing gently, just enough to blend in.
