Tangier Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. white crab meat
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 dash red pepper
1 dash black pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 slices stale bread
3 tsp. milk
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, except bread, together.
Add beaten egg and other wet ingredients.
Add crumbled bread and mix lightly.
Shape into 8 to 10 cakes.
Fry in hot oil or shortening until lightly browned.
Drain on napkins.
