Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. cream
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    4 or 5 drops Tabasco
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack or Swiss
    2 pie crusts (unbaked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat eggs; stir in milk, cream, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
    Place cheese and onion in pie crust.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese.
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
