Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 c. sour cream
    6 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and lasagna noodles.
    Alternate layers of noodles with meat mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
