Pumpkin Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. coffee creamer
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Add meal, salt, creamer and eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add pumpkin and spices and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
