Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Beat egg slightly.
Add catsup, seasoning, green pepper and onion.
Mix beef and crumbs.
Add other mixture and knead until well blended.
Shape into loaf and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
