Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, salt and extract until foamy.
    Continue beating, adding sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Be sure sugar is dissolved.
